I'm VP of Strategy and Operations at Spotter, the media company that finances and monetizes premium content from top YouTube creators. I help author company strategy and make it executable: the annual operating plan, financial modeling, company goals, business reviews, board prep. I lead the teams that run it, and I keep operating expenses lean enough to scale profitably.
I'm also a builder. I design and ship software myself. Some of it is leverage in my job, tools I built because the right one didn't exist, or cost more than it was worth. Some of it is my own, products I've grown into sustained businesses.
I have a passion for continuous learning and creation. I build delightful experiences, drawing on twenty years across consumer technology.
